Canadian Forces Competition Pace Stick (light wood or black)

This is the traditional competition pace stick, with the pace adjustment bar recessed in one leg and inserted through a gate in the other leg when in use. The locking bolt, used to keep the stick closed, also locks the adjustment bar at the appropriate pace length. Available in natural maple or black.
